- Goals By Employee
This report identifies all goals associated to a particular employee. - Employees By Goal
This report identifies all employees associated to a particular goal. - Competencies By Employee
This report identifies all competencies associated to a particular employee. - Employee By Competency
This report identifies all employees associated to a particular competency. - Detail Review Status
This report provides a detailed summary of the status of each review for all the manager's qualified employees. The information provided includes the status, sub-status, employee name, employee number, company, review title, distribution date, employee due date, and manager due date.
Performance Management Dashboard
Things can get a little hectic once reviews start taking place. That’s why we created the Performance Management Dashboard, a place where you can find information to monitor and successfully administer the employee assessment process.
From this dashboard, you can easily see whether a review has been started, if it’s in progress, completed, or overdue. You can also identify supervisors with the most overdue reviews, as well as the highest and lowest average ratings. And of course, you can see an overview of rating distributions, such as average rating and target rating.
