When we check in with HR professionals, we often ask about what HR tech and tools they rely on to get the job done.

HR tech stacks can get complicated. When poorly executed, it can leave pros with multiple tabs open, hogging up RAM, and relying on many clicks to complete simple tasks. A solid HCM can really improve work for HR teams, multiple pros told HR Brew. Among those most touted this year were Workday and Rippling.

Katie Greco, HR business partner, Taylor

Workday! I went from SAP HR to using Workday, and it has been amazing. Workday is so user-friendly, even for the less tech-savvy employees. All of my answers can be found in one place!

Jeffrey Barney, VP of people and culture, Arixa Capital

Rippling is without a doubt the best HRIS platform I’ve used—simple, straightforward, excellent integration, reporting, etcetera. I’m a convert!

Gary Deitch, HR business partner, MITRE Corporation

I really like Workday’s discovery boards. We recently implemented them in Workday, and it is a game-changer when it comes to real-time reporting and customizable analytics right at your fingertips.

Marcie Chavez, director of people, Artisight

We recently switched to Rippling for payroll and HR and I’m very excited about all of the automation capabilities we are implementing.

Kristen Shanley, director and head of DE&I and CSR, Cerberus Capital Management

Workday is a great platform, thanks to its ability to streamline and track data. For DE&I purposes, it’s an extremely important tool in helping us track how we are progressing toward our goals.

Adeola Adewusi, senior HR director for the Americas, Stanley Black & Decker

An HR tech product that has made my life easier is Workday. Anyone who has successfully implemented an HRIS like Workday knows how great it is to have everything you need in one place. It’s a fantastic tool for managing employee data, tracking performance, and streamlining HR processes. With Workday, I can access all the information I need quickly and efficiently, freeing up my time to focus on more strategic HR initiatives.
