With just a few weeks left until the UKG Community™ launch, we’re here to help make sure you’re ready to move into the new neighborhood! Don’t worry, we’ll do all the heavy lifting, but there are a few ways you can assist in making this transition as seamless as possible.
Before the UKG Community opens its doors, here are the top ways you can prepare:
Review group memberships
We’re migrating your current groups to the UKG Community, so this is the perfect time to do a bit of spring cleaning. Review the groups you’re currently part of, leave any that no longer apply to your role, and make sure you’ve joined the ones that are relevant.
Explore resources to help you navigate the new neighborhood
There’s going to be a lot to see once the UKG Community opens. Be sure to register for our UKG Community Overview and Navigation webinar on Friday, May 19 at 7:00 a.m. ET or 4:00 p.m. ET. The webinar will show you how to navigate this new resource and find the tools you rely on, like product and learning materials, helpful groups, and more. Can’t make it? Register anyway and we’ll send you a link to the recording.

Take a virtual walk-through of the UKG Community
Short on time? Our interactive UKG Community tour provides a quick digital overview of the look and feel of the new space and will help you find your way around, so you’ll be a pro on day one!
Get ready to meet your neighbors and help build community for others
On day one, we’ll be asking our members to update their profile picture as soon as they log in to the new UKG Community. Why? Not only will it let neighbors put a face to a name, but we’ll also make a donation, up to $10,000, to Habitat for Humanity for every member that uploads a photo during the first month of our launch. Our purpose is people®, and as we build up our new UKG Community, we feel there’s no better way to live that purpose than to help others build communities of their own. So, whether it’s a selfie or professional headshot, pick out your favorite photo and get ready to upload it once you log in.
