It has been an exciting year for us here at ScalePEO. There is so much that we are proud of and thankful for that it’s hard to list them all. However, we’ve managed to pick out a few of our favorite highlights from the year.
Bringing Solutions to Entrepreneurs
We are passionate about getting to know our clients and really understanding the problems they face as they grow their business. Whether we’re answering questions on benefits, helping them transition to a faster and more efficient payroll system, or guiding them through tricky HR situations the feeling of helping them achieve their dreams never gets old.
Scale Cares
We firmly believe in the importance of giving back to our community which is why this year we were happy to volunteer for and/or donate to the following organizations: Treehouse, YWCA Seattle, Girls Inc. of San Diego County, The Sophia Way, and the Northwest’s Center Big Blue Truck. We are thankful to our team for the time and energy spent on these noble causes.
Broker Events
As a broker friendly PEO, it’s imperative that we regularly communicate with our broker partners. We love hearing their feedback and talking about the ways we can work together to bring the best benefits, payroll, HR and compliance solutions to their clients. This year we had successful broker events in Washington state, Alaska, and California and we’re already looking forward to where we’ll go, and who we’ll see in the new year!
