There have been days where I’ve gotten out of bed to jump on a call and worked for 9 or 10 hours without a break?—?it’s Working remotely is going to be our reality for the foreseeable future and we have to get better at setting boundaries for ourselves and encouraging those on our teams to do the same. it’s just not healthy.
