In certain circumstances, OSHA requires employers to electronically submit injury and illness data from their OSHA Form 300A, via the OSHA Injury Tracking Application (ITA) site. A list of industries that must report if they have 20 – 249 employees may also be found on the OSHA site. Job aids are also available to users.

Form 300A posting requirements remain the same, but OSHA releases interim guidance for the Form 300. OSHA, however, has released interim guidance on how to record COVID-19 cases on the Form 300. Form 300A is a summary form, which is different from Form 300, Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses.
