On Thursday, January 13th, the Supreme Court ruled that COVID-19 is not an occupational hazard in most workplaces. Health care workers must be vaccinated. Institutions that receive Medicare and Medicaid funding will require all health care workers to be vaccinated unless they have a religious or medical exemption.
