Federal Judge Blocks NCAA Name, Image and Likeness Policy for Recruits Nationwide

On February 23, a federal judge with the District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee issued a preliminary injunction barring the NCAA from enforcing its rules prohibiting name, image and likeness compensation for recruits. The NCAA will likely appeal the case to the 6th U.S. The injunction applies nationwide.
