Jason is a hyper-growth consultant, mentor, and friend to business & organizational leaders. Jason runs Get Visible, a 4-pillar digital marketing agency, and is the author of an Amazon bestselling business book called "I Need More Clients: Digital Marketing Strategies That Grow Your Business."
For the last decade, Jason and his team at Get Visible have achieved notoriety for accelerating the growth of law firm revenues by producing more consistent website visitors, more targeted leads, and bigger cases. His team continues to transform sleepy local law firms into local giants, regional players, and sometimes even national contenders. They do this by expertly leveraging lower-costing digital marketing strategies and tools that give their clients more predictable results and greater efficiencies with their marketing dollars.
As a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and consulting CFO, Mark has been building investing in, and advising startups since 2010. He founded several consulting practices and cofounded both a SaaS company and a subscription box business. In his day job, Mark owns and operates SPRCHRGR and Supporting Strategies | Los Angeles, two businesses working together to provide finance and accounting resources and leadership to hundreds of growing startups, small businesses, and nonprofits. He also keeps busy in a multitude of diverse yet related additional roles, including startup board member & advisor, Treasurer of Los Angeles Venture Association and Women Founders Network Foundation, cryptocurrency enthusiast, university guest lecturer, and volunteer mentor to entrepreneurs through local accelerator and incubator programs. Leo's passion is for The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), a non-profit organization providing entrepreneurship training and education programs to young people from low-income urban communities. He is currently Chairman of NFTE LA, where they activate the entrepreneurial mindset in over 7,000 students per year. He is also a triathlete and has two teenage kids.
Michael S. Kraus
Mr. Kraus is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Expak Logistics, a national provider of routed small package distribution and warehousing and fulfillment services.
Mr. Kraus began his career with the New York-based private equity firm Chancery Lane Capital, as well as Chancery’s principal investment vehicle, Big Flower Holdings. Following the sale of Big Flower in 1999, Mr. Kraus was a chief architect of Chancery’s PIPE Investment in Moore Corporation in 2000. He helped engineer the sale of Moore’s successor, Moore Wallace, to RR Donnelley & Sons Company, creating an approximately $11 billion global printing and business services company. At RR Donnelley, Mr. Kraus had responsibility for strategic transactions with a particular focus on the company’s Logistics, European and Asian operations.
Subsequently, Mr. Kraus became the Managing Member of Krest Capital, a Los Angeles-based private investment and advisory firm, and a Principal with OpenGate Capital, a global private investment firm. While in these roles, Mr. Kraus completed numerous investments and operational turnarounds across a variety of industries, including paper, packaging, food & beverage, and supply chain operations. Mr. Kraus holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Bucknell University.
