Not all of them need this advice, but Im hearing enough horror stories from job candidates that I think its worthwhile to give them some advice. Rules for being a good hiring manager/interviewer: 1. Have a system in place to acknowledge that youve received a resume and/or cover letter when they come flooding in. Well said!
