Passive Candidate : Someone who has a job they like and an employer they are content to work for. Active Candidate: Someone who either doesn’t have a job or has a job they are trying to leave. To qualify, you must experience certain life events such as getting married, having a baby, losing a job, losing access to insurance, etc.
