The VP of talent acquisition or recruitment often reports to the CHRO. Talent Acquisition Specialists work alongside line management and HR to create hiring, succession, and onboarding plans. A Talent Acquisition Manager will usually have previous experience working in talent acquisition (or a similar HR role) in a management capacity.
