Post-incident drug testing policies and safety incentive programs would only violate 29 C.F.R. Incentive programs may be used to promote workplace safety and health. OSHA’s new interpretation permits and encourages safety incentive programs for employees. Provide reasonable suspicion training for all supervisors and managers.
