Time to Detox. Avoid alcohol and food 2 hours before bedtime, and no liquids 1-hour prior. Food and alcohol will affect when you go into REM and deep sleep cycles. but even if you go to bed early, food and alcohol close to bedtime will delay those beneficial cycles, robbing you of quality sleep. We are nearly done.
