There’s obviously no one silver bullet with which to tackle the problem – you have to tailor your solution to local conditions. However one of the factors that may help to address the staffing challenge is the growing willingness for the Asian diaspora to return home. And by doing this we’ve scored some real successes.
That’s why I published my first post on this topic on 9-12-2011 , just in time for the 2011 HR Technology Conference, and why I’ve been doing a fresh version almost annually.
