Employers have a positive duty to prevent discrimination, harassment and unlawful conduct by their employees or agents. Subjecting another person to a hostile workplace environment based on sex​ is prohibited. New provisions in the Sex Discrimination Act​ prohibit this conduct. The IRR is positive news.
