EEOC Examines Strategies to Reduce Retaliation in the Workplace

A panel of experts recently met with the commissioners of the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to discuss ways to prevent and rectify retaliation in the workplace. Retaliation claims also led employment complaints received by the Department of Fair Employment and Housing in 2014 (12,344 complaints).
