In 2023, we began using SURVALE, a continuous listening platform, to gather feedback on the candidate experience at all stages of their journey. We also collect feedback from hiring managers and our talentacquisition team, allowing us to have a full 360 degree view of feedback from all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
