That was a big takeaway for me from this year’s WorkHuman conference, hosted by Globoforce. Maybe on some level I knew this, but speaker Caroline Adams Miller really made me focus on the topic by discussing the difference between performance and learning goals. Obviously, learning goals focus on the learning.
