I was excited to see that flow is one of the topics being covered at this year’s WorkHuman conference powered by Globoforce. In 2010 I wrote Conference Attendance 101 , a post on my blog, Data Point Tuesday. Attending HR conferences successfully – getting the most out of the experience – really has taken careful planning and tons of time management. I’ve been affiliated with Globoforce ’s WorkHuman conference since its inception in 2015.

Frankly, I don’t attend conferences very often because they’re rarely worth the time, expense and hassle. The plane ticket is purchased and I’m heading to Orlando, Florida in May to attend. It’s a conference that all people in senior leadership should attend. I reached out to the conference organizers to learn more.
So I wanted to take a moment to showcase just a few of the dozens of amazing humans behind WorkHuman 2015. so she jumped in and took on the task of reaching out to business school faculties and grad students to invite them to attend. I had a great time, but I’m exhausted. My friends at Globoforce host a conference about the future of work. So I’m excited to attend WorkHuman. Full disclosure: they pay me to do behind-the-scenes marketing, but I’m happy to go above and beyond my contract because the conference was personally valuable in 2015.

The 2015 HR Technology Conference just wrapped and it is time to collect my thoughts and reflect on the event. I attended as a speaker and an analyst this year.
