Workday, one of the biggest HCM vendors in the world, acquired Peakon, an engagement and employee voice platform. We wrote about that when Workday made the Peakon acquisition announcement , so you can see the full breakdown and background there. Workday also snagged VNDLY to support hiring flexible/on-demand talent.
Workday Peakon Employee Voice. Prior to the Workday acquisition, Peakon was a powerhouse platform with incredible capabilities. It’s always a toss up to see what happens after a technology like that is acquired, but Workday has done an incredible job of bringing the technology to life.
GlintGlint is a people success platform built around a robust analytics engine. Plus, since being acquired by Microsoft, Glint is losing its stand-alone identity as it gets integrated into a new platform called Microsoft Viva. It has been integrated into the HCM, Workday, and is thus best suited for existing Workday users.
