EEOC issues 2017 enforcement plan: 6 areas it’s targeting next

The plan will dictate where the agency will focus its compliance enforcement efforts from 2017 through 2021. The EEOC will focus on weeding out recruiting and hiring practices that discriminate against classes of individuals based on protected characteristics — race, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, etc. This is a big deal.
