The roll up in previous few years brought two other talent-focused companies, HalogenSoftware and Lumesse, into the Saba family, and Cornerstone now has all of that capability under one roof. In 2020 LTG picked up career pathing and talent mobility platform Patheer as well as Open LMS and eThink to further round out their portfolio.
I am in Ottawa right now at the HalogenSoftware Conference. HalogenSoftware was welcoming, supportive, fun, and well-organized. I think this site is worth a visit at least once a week. For two and a half years I have written a monthly blog on employee engagement for Halogen.
