A New Employee Benefit: Social Justice PTO

At this year’s WorkHuman Conference , pioneered by Globoforce, I learned about a new employee benefit called social justice PTO. We’re familiar with the concept of PTO (paid time off). they have one bank of time to use as they choose. Social justice PTO is paid time off but for social issues, like protests or marches.

The Woodstock For HR

Described as “the Woodstock for HR” by Globoforce CEO, Eric Mosely, WorkHuman isn’t our parents’ HR conference.
