Here at WorkTango, we believe in the power of celebrating the contributions and achievements of employees every single day. And as Employee Appreciation Day approaches, we wanted to take the opportunity to shine a light on those who lead the way in creating a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued for their contributions.
Twice a year, WorkTango closes our offices so our employees can enjoy a company-wide vacation. This summer, WorkTango will be closed from July 1st through July 5th, 2024. While unlimited vacation is a valuable benefit to offer employees, it’s not perfect. Numerous studies show that unlimited paid time off policies often result in employees taking less vacation days than if their organization offered a traditional banked or accrued vacation policy.
