Proposed 2015 DOL Overtime Rule Change: What #HR Needs to Know

Under the proposed regulations, the minimum salary will be equal to the 40 th percentile of weekly earnings for full-time salaried employees as determined by the DOL’s Bureau of Labor Statistics.
