In 2014, we released the book, MAGIC: Five Keys to Unlock the Power of Employee Engagement. When we conduct workshops on the topic, we often ask the question, “What does a good day look like at work?” Our original 2014 research spelled out five engagement elements that clearly stood out as drivers of employee engagement.

Earlier this month we were fortunate to host an interactive HR Leadership workshop for Visier customers, led by father of modern HR and leading business consultant Dave Ulrich.
